A fresh source claims that Rachel "Raquel" Leviss will not be returning to "Vanderpump Rules" after Scandoval.
According to a Thursday report from Entertainment Tonight, "Rachel will not be returning for Season 11 of 'Vanderpump Rules,'" which has been filming since early July.
Even as recently as a few weeks ago, it was still possible that she would return for the next season.
